Knowledge and transparency
Understand what you save
Clear answers about prices, ownership and transactions.
How do I start saving?
After registering, use your test GEL balance, choose a metal and enter an amount or grams. Confirm the quote separately.
What do grams and fineness mean?
Grams measure weight; fineness indicates the share of pure gold in the metal. One gram of 999 and 585 fineness does not contain the same amount of pure gold.
How does a savings plan work?
The plan stores an amount, metal and frequency. On the scheduled day, request a quote in your account and confirm it yourself. Saving, pausing and skipping do not debit funds.
Why do buy and sell prices differ?
The buy price includes a margin; the sell price includes a buyback discount. Fees are shown separately before confirmation. The spread is not a guarantee of profit.
Can I receive physical gold?
Physical delivery and a real vault are not connected yet. Test grams do not create a claim to real gold.
Are returns guaranteed?
No. Gold prices may rise or fall. Saving regularly does not itself guarantee a profit.
Can I pause a plan?
Yes. Pausing stops new scheduled quotes. Missed installments are not debited automatically on resuming. Cancelled plans remain in your history.
How do I sell my metal?
Choose a product in the sell form to see available grams. Enter an amount or weight and review the net GEL proceeds before confirming.
What do the three currencies mean?
Settlement is in GEL. USD and EUR are indicative equivalents at the current exchange rate, not separate currency wallets.
